Shakti Sojourn
What is Shaktipat?

The aspiration of transformation, metamorphosis and connection to ones divine nature over time has been placed high on a pedestal. The age of the guru is over. A sojourn in some spiritual traditions is the journey of the soul towards enlightenment. Shakti Sojourn is a meditative journey of coming home in union with the divine self. This journey holds the path to access ones hidden reservoir of energy and the possibility in reaching deep realms of consciousness. Shakti Sojourn is an advanced form of kundalini activation known as shaktipat. The concept of Shakti trans-culturally in wisdom traditions, refers to the creative power of the universe that holds the highest potential for transformation in a human being. The transmission of this energy from a clear channel or conduit can be received by a participant like a tuning fork picking up a resonant frequency. This process can be compared to how some stringed musical instruments operate, such as the sitar. When the master strings are plucked the vibrations of the surrounding strings are activated and sing in unison. This phenomena in physics is known as entrainment. Shaktipat offers the participant a way to enter a flow state of mind-body-spirit coherence. Effects can vary depending on the participants evolutionary path and journey. Some experiences include physical sensations of euphoria, heightened awareness, stillness, inner peace and emotional release. Often in sessions a deep meditative state is achieved that can access a rich tapestry of symbolism in another realm.
